For occupancy on New Year's Eve, Carnival and Easter for less than 7 nights and generally for occupancy for less than 3 nights, there is a 10% surcharge.

  • Local tax of € 5,00 is charged extra per person/per day. Children and young people under 15 years of age do not pay local tax.
  • Reductions for children are available by arrangement.
  • Prices during the Ötztal Cycling Marathon and the annual FIS Ski World Cup Opening on request.
  • For occupancy during Christmas, New Year, Carnival and Easter for less than 7 nights and generally for occupancy for less than 3 nights, there is a price surcharge of 10%.
